Instructions on obtaining a Marriage License:

Please only fill out the intentions form in BLACK ink
Do NOT sign the intentions unless notarized or in the presence of the clerk. Both parties must be present if done in front of clerk.
Please have both parties bring photo ID.
When you return the intentions to the Clerks office it will cost $40
If you would like a certified copy of your marriage certificate sent to you automatically when completed it will cost an additional $15
